Aquasize Classes
Aquasize classes are made up of 3 components: warm-up, mederate aerobic workout, & cool down. Various tools are used to assist in the workout, including
aqua barbells, noodles and stretch cords.
All Participants are required to complete a PAR=Q medical form prior to calss.

- If you are new to the class please introduce yourself to the instructor
- If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please let your instructor and on duty lifeguard know
- Each class must have 4 participants to run
