We have a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with Cybex weight machines, free weights, and a variety of cardiovascular machines linked by FitLinxx (a computerized network which stores your Wellness Center progress). Pools

We have two pools; a 20 x 25 yard Lap Pool, and a warm water Therapy Pool, equipped with a lift and a staff trained by the Arthritis Foundation. We also have a very active Swim Team. Click HERE to view the current Therapy Pool schedule. Click HERE to view the current Lap Pool schedule.

Aerobic Studio

Our Aerobics Studio provides a full complement of aerobic and fitness programs taught by the Fitness Staff on a continual basis throughout the day. More programs are added as the need arises. Indoor Track

Our 2-lane indoor track wraps around the Wellness floor and the Aerobics Studio. Run, jog or walk your way to a healthier you. Seventeen times around the track equals one mile.

Prime Time Area

Free, on-site child-care is provided to our Family or Single Adult with Family members, in a spacious, age appropriate environment. Our rooms provide separate areas for infant care, arts & crafts, general and active play. Click HERE for more information.

Playground

Our playground is equipped with three separate areas designed for different age groups. The area is completely fenced in and picnic tables are available for member use.

Airnasium

Our Airnasium is an open -air facility, regulation hockey rink size with a sport-court surface. It is used for inline skating, soccer, basketball and other sports normally played in a gymnasium.

Preschool

Preschool is offered for an additional fee, providing before and aftercare as well as schooling for 3 to 5 year olds. Click HERE for more information.

Locker rooms

We have a Ladies, Girls, Mens, and Boys locker rooms. Family lockers rooms are available for multi-gender families and those who need a little extra help from their partners. Locks and towels are available at the front desk.
